Cleantech Lithium Takeover Rumours (CTL)

Do you think a hostile takeover would be successful? The board will not accept any offer just before the company starts bringing everything together so will not be easy. Any hostile bidder will need to start buying shares as well to get anywhere near the number they need to win a vote so will be very obvious. So no chance I reckon.

People realising the fall in lithium prices is artificially created by the Chinese and cannot continue to fall forever. At some point the lithium price will recover and some of the junior miners are now seen as undervalued. CTL is one of them IMO. We will also get merger and takeover talk within the sector and that will drive up prices too. Huge volume yesterday.

Takeover is not needed.We have great management and prospects. Simply, we are in turbulent times, and some unfortunate individual is under the cosh and has to raise money promptly. It will turn out to be fortunate for those of us in a position to buy, currently at circa 29p.

Need a takeover....
