The major shareholders got a minimum of 1.12p for their stakes in CAG.

1. They got 0.29p for the shares.
2. They got 0.43p for their debt.
3. They got 0.40p for warrants in New Mining Corporation.

The four-year warrants are exercisable at £1.31 and all this is before New Dawn inject fresh capital into CAG and ramp up gold production.

Surely they need 90% under LSE rules to force a takeover on the remaining shareholders by my calculations they are currently 14 millions shares short of 90%

Sehnah - the 3 major rns just released are from the 3 largest holders in can all selling out yesterday, and the 4th the transfer to the new owner.

sehnah lol mate no idea...i had a much larger position and sold it at a loss...the remanining 25k is almost at b/e...no point me selling trying to get back in lower as chances are the mm's then will pump up the share price ..however the flatline usually looks like a buy order being filled...you should be able to tell if you see how many they will let you sell...however they do play games kidding they have stock or they dont have stock...lol sorry cant be anymore help...but 1 thing found in short term whatever you do you will kick yourself..ie if you sell and share price cracks off tomorrow you will count missed profit...and if you dont sell and they take it back lower..you will kick yourself...hence my holding is now so low...happy to wait for a lottery win or lose the ticket...fraction here or there with broker costs etc etc...just means the brokers and the mm's make a profit and we take all the risk.

guys burgerbarwomen is sort of correct, this wont hit 3p let alone 2p, like i said earlier the directors sold out at 400% less than where share price is now, also like i said before, they own the company as good as now, they even put 2 directors on board already, they have well over 51% of shares infact over 80%, so if they wanted they could offer 0.01p per share if they wanted, there the majority now, just dont want long term holders looseing out again, if i was still in i would have took 1.3p/1.4p earlier for sure, hope im wrong for the long termers, especially you comedy, but i can see where you are coming from, why hold for over a year to just get out b/e, gl mate.
