In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Centamin makes the below notification and public disclosure of a transaction by a Director of the Company.

Ross Jerrard, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director has purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of GBP1.4788 per share. After settlement of the transaction, Ross Jerrard will hold a total of 365,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital.
