In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Centamin makes the below notification and public disclosure of the transaction by a Director of the Company.

On 7 December 2020, James Rutherford, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of GBP1.201 per share. After settlement of the transaction, James will hold a total of 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
