Most of the time, it's good to flop between poly and cey- I did this yesterday as generally mirror but out of sync so good-

Markets dropping again... gold coming back a bit then dropping a little, now at 1792 as I type- I'm not a chartist, but general consensus is it needs to stay above 1780. Inflation boost we got a couple of weeks ago hasn't altered.
Time will tell...
