I don't think the results will be until April given the delays generally on company reporting. Always the chance that we may get an ahead of expectations trading update in a few week's time though!

Round Hill Music look well placed to do another fundraise in my view. The investor presentation this week was a hint. They seem to be much more transparent than Hipgnosis and so I think they will leapfrog them, particularly as they have a better long-term record pre-IPO.

Issue of 41,784,524 new shares x 90p = £37.6m

"As set out in the Circular dated 20 November 2020, certain Directors of the Company indicated their intention to sell an aggregate of 8,173,343 Sale Shares at the Offer Price."

As per the Circular ( "Cenkos has conditionally placed the Sale Shares with certain institutional and other investors at the Offer
Price".

Sale of 8,173,343 existing shares x 90p = £7.4m

Combined = £45m

Yes, good to see the transaction flow moving up a gear after a slow January. Jet2 was over £400m but only the Nomad on that one.

How much does a broker earn for simply being a Nomad on a fundraising? Is it material? I honestly have no idea but would assume it isn't. Flat fee or linked to amount of funds raised by the other brokers acting as bookrunners? Anyone have any idea?

NOMAD on large Jet2 placing today. A reasonable fee, but its a pity they are not the broker as well!
