13/1/2021 11:16 | Loss of mandate. Cenkos, previously Nomad & joint broker to Breedon Group (BREE), have been replaced by HSBC as joint broker. Numis (already joint broker) take over as Nomad. | speedsgh
12/1/2021 13:58 | Loss of mandate. Cenkos have been replaced by Panmure Gordon as Nomad/sole broker to Finsbury Food Group (FIF). | speedsgh
12/1/2021 13:32 | New mandate. Cenkos have been appointed sole broker to OptiBiotix Health (OPTI), replacing FinnCap. Cairn Financial Advisers remain Nomad. | speedsgh
11/1/2021 20:27 | Some reasonable successes in 2020: £1.1bn raised. | topvest
08/1/2021 11:20 | Well someone is very happily taking any sells there are, slowly moving the bid up. Hold tight! | 32campomar
07/1/2021 21:24 | There will likely be a trading update before the close period starts and that will likely see the share price shoot up. That will no doubt be after the EBT purchases! | topvest
07/1/2021 21:22 | Good advice QuePassa. There is possibly a c10% yield at the current share price. Its very cheap. | topvest
05/1/2021 13:50 | An effective share buy back is Very good news | 32campomar
05/1/2021 08:54 | I thought that's what I said? Upto £200000 with buying criteria on share price too | mattboxy
05/1/2021 00:12 | Is it a commitment to purchase 200k per month though? It says they can buy up to this value not that they are going to. If they were intending to buy 600k only through the year this wording would still make sense. Dont get me wrong its miles better than just issuing new shares to the EBT. Could remove the overhang in short order. | smicker
04/1/2021 23:18 | Yes but it's an ebt share purchase for employees up to £200,000 per monthSt I'll might push up the share price over time but the rules on purchasing are quite tight - no more than 5% above previous 5 day average I think | mattboxy
04/1/2021 22:13 | Have they announced the equivalent of a 2.4m share buyback for the year? | smicker
30/12/2020 14:02 | They were Nomad and joint broker on this one, but rounds off a good H2 nicely. | topvest
30/12/2020 13:05 | Further to post #3585, Eddie Stobart Logistics (ESL) have successfully raised £16m (£9m Placing & Subscription + £7m Open Offer). Cenkos have been issued with 2.5m ordinary shares (worth just over £200k based on current bid price) in lieu of fees. | speedsgh
23/12/2020 08:40 | I think Round Hill will probably be back for another top-up placing in Q1 as well as there is still a lot of capacity left under the placing programme. | topvest
23/12/2020 08:33 | Yes, a nice end to the year. £6.4m plus another £1m potentially in the open offer. | topvest
23/12/2020 07:50 | And another for Infrastrata | tanneg
21/12/2020 20:03 | Another very small equity issue | topvest
17/12/2020 12:01 | Loss of mandate. Cenkos have been replaced by Canaccord Genuity as Nomad & sole broker to RA International Group (RAI)... | speedsgh
17/12/2020 08:36 | Thanks for the responses. I'll add given the opportunity. Topvest, the company's dividend history is there for all to see but the big payouts were pre 2017. Here's hoping that we get a bumper payment on the back of this second half. | frazboy
16/12/2020 20:25 | That's where Cenkos is better than most others. Fixed pay is quite low and staff are incentivised with bonuses. If you consider that Cenkos has already paid dividends > x3 the market price, I think its a tad harsh to say that shareholders don't share well in the rewards. | topvest
16/12/2020 17:58 | Not sure about the benefits accruing to staff and not shareholders. I haven’t checked recently but certainly in the past Director pay was modest but topped up by generous dividend payments. If that’s still the case then I agree with topvest that 3p or possibly even higher dividend is quite likely. Also so much of the share price is the cash with the now more successful business itself very undervalued imo. | kenmitch |
