The current consensus is for a full year dividend of 11.00p in FY17, which would mean a final payment of 6.50p (interim of 4.50p was paid in Nov). That would represent an 83% increase on last year's full year dividend (FY16: 6.00p).

Yes when I first read the RNS I thought it was odd no transaction took place. Given the reduction in number of shares that makes sense. It also rules him out as the current seller.

Most of trades revealed today were sells. Must be buyers in background to force the big move today.

Num update got to be positive for cenkos as well. Certainly feels like there's further to go here. Hoping for 130p plus near term

Cenkos client, Masawara (MASA) has today delisted from AIM. Presumably they will no longer require Cenkos's services. Cenkos were Nomad & broker...

keith - Durkin has not increased his holding which remains at 4,985,831 shares. His holding has merely crossed the 9% threshold due to the 1,384,748 shares bought back by the company on 25/1.

Berenberg have been appointed by Eddie Stobart Logistics (ESL) to work alongside Cenkos as their joint broker. Cenkos remains Nomad. Cenkos helped bring ESL to market in Apr 2017 including a £122m fundraising...

Invesco I believe got in under Neil Woodford's time at the firm given the connections with Cenkos from what I have read ... so I imagine the stake is not a core holding and they have gone out on a strong £/$ ratio.

Wonder if Woodford picked up some?

In Jan 2017 there were no funds raised. Similarly for Jan 2016 and Jan 2015.

3 potential fund raising might be reported this Jan: £300m Summit Germany bond; £5m Bango; and from December, but not included in those figures, £35m Seeing Machines.

This sets an encouraging start for 2018.

With finals due at end March, funds raised in 2017 double that of 2016, a City anticipated 11p annual div looking fully justified and safely covered, I don't understand why share price has not already risen to over 120p on its way to 140p+ by the time of the finals.

At current share price of 114p, the dividend yield is 9.6% - way too high for CNKS. Historically 5-6% has been typical so even a 7% target would force share price to 157p (8% target would give share price of 137.5p - uncertainties of Brexit don't justify such a high target IMHO). So why are Cannacord/Invesco/other Institutions selling so low?

Invesco fully sold out. RNS say 2.83%. However that trade the following day matches their remaining amount of shares. That was a sell. Well we could of guessed it was them or Cannacord given amount of shares. Great demand at 107p for Invesco to fully sell out.

The 1.9m trade was from HSBC. (Crystal Amber Fund Limited) Took them from 2.99% to 6.5%.

Meaning we are missing an RNS for the 3m trade. Guess that will come tomorrow. The 168k trade could be a director or the other buyer. It's worth 5-6% of the total stock.
