30/4/2008 09:06 | See another company took the epic code around end of last year. Wasn't EK holding a few millions of these when it went into suspension? | the dogsbody

14/2/2008 18:04 | Crabby give your wife a slap! I have just spoken to Greg. CLA NOT being wound up but recapitalised and this has taken time due to the credit crisis and shoulkd be finalised soon. The valuation in the accounts is low due to the auditors being cautious. The fat lady hasn't started to sing yet. | buzzzzzzzz

09/1/2008 19:53 | I've been following this thread along with the old CLA one with interest. I also hold shares in CLA, not as many as some of you I'll accept but have just had a read back over the old posts. Makes for interesting reading! CLA was floated at 1p with £1.5 million in the bank giving it a market cap of £2.1 mill. Then as a result of talks and speculation of a Russian Oil and Gas deal the shares started trading at 4p giving it a market cap of over £8 mill with nothing but £1.5 (probably less by now) cash in the bank and no other assets. I'm not going to go over the history again, we all know what happended but for varous reasons the company never relisted after being suspended. At this point it still had £1.2 million in the bank. Have a look at the 30 odd other cash shells that were taken off AIM at that point. Most spent all the money and folded. Yes the company is ours but as Buzzzz pointed out the value of CLA is the value of the cash. Even when it was listed that values it at £1.5 mill with maybe a premium for the quote. Not the £8 mill that a 4p price that many (even me) bought shares at. Anyone consider this was a high risk play and high risk plays have a downside? Anyway, just my 2 cents for what its worth. Sure some will blast me for it. | maxp0w3r
09/1/2008 19:22 | which reminds me, i've got to ring GK and chase up... | macansy77
06/1/2008 13:19 | crabs I have no idea on the value. CLA will be valued at cash in the bank until we have a project. Cash in the bank is what we get from MNSS! | buzzzzzzzz |
