The Group notifies that, on 31 October 2018, Mark Scott, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 113 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Scott holds 1,465,475 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.39% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
