Seems that the CEO is very confident about future prospects. http://uk.advfn.com/news/UKREG/2013/article/57662439 ic2...

This mornings AGM satatement was stronger than I could have hoped for. I brought in here due to the full year statement, which indicated that both divisions were performing strongly after restructering. Now we know that this strong trading has continued, might have become even stronger imv. Cash generation sounds strong, and board still confident that full year results will meet expectations. As long as they continue to trade like this, ahead trading updates won't be very far away imo. ic2...

Great glad I'm not alone, hopefully will now see this move higher from here, especially with cash flows helping debt to be paid down...

"Well any thoughts" Indeed yes, very good imo and even slightly better than i had envisaged. Strong cashflow and looks like Cello Health (Mash) is the division that is storming along.

It's not just about liquidity. CLL is still dogged by the fact that so many of its shareholders are people who sold businesses and were given shares at 140p and above a few years back. Most are keen to cash out, so each time the shares show any sign of recovery someone bales and the the price is checked. Hopefully as more of the shares are bought and sold by institutions this will happen less often. As for Creston - they gave up the ghost when they sold Delaney Lund which was the only real jewel in their crown. Helped their debt issues a bit, but gives them nothing to build on. CLL has got to be a better bet - for its pharma strategy and international growth.

I think its a bit chicken and egg with regards to liquidity / spread; its thinly traded which puts people off. If they participated then there would be more liquidity! However I'm speculating as to the motives of others, and it could just be that investors want to see more prolonged evidence of progress. If the company does the business the share price will as well.

I brought into CLL again on release of the full year results in March, the statement seemed to indicate that a strong recovery was underway, after the restructering undertaken in the previous year. My view was strengthened when both the FD and CEO purchased more shares after the results. So as long as the AGM statements confirms that the strong performance from Q4 has continued into this financial year, I would be happy to increase my holding again. By lack of posts here and comments elsewhere, it would seem that the improved trading hasn't been picked up yet. ic2...

I also have held CRE before, but took them off my watchlist in July 2012 after they disappointed me once too often. Can't say that I have seen any news since that has made me look at them in more detail. I seem to remember some option awards to directors, that were based on UK GDP figures, wasn't impressed by that at the time. ic2...

Lets just say i much prefer CLL over CRE. I have held CRE in the past but it never did perform how i had hoped.

ic2, cfro - How do you think this stacks up against Creston? The latter screens well but I have not bought any because of my long held position here.

Thinking the exact same things as you ic2, as particulary after the CEO bought i should have also bought more then but i was waylayed at the time buying/selling other stuff and didnt seem to get round to it. I have rectified the situation today tho.
