Exactly what I was thinking. Clearly they know the long term future is bright. Once they get past this period of teething problems around funding, I expect the share price to recover quickly. Great time to buy imo.

Shares of Celadon Pharmaceuticals PLC (AIM:CEL) dropped 38% as the company disclosed doubts about its financial position due to delayed funding.

Celadon reported it had £0.3 million in cash as of November 15, sufficient to cover operations through to January.

The company is awaiting £0.5 million from a credit facility, contingent on the lender completing an investment sale, but the timing remains uncertain.

Additionally, £0.4 million owed from a previous subscription remains unpaid, with no clear timeline for receipt.


Celadon is pursuing alternative financing options but has made limited progress.

The stock was off 10.51p at 17.49p.

Another contract. I don’t understand how they can be signing these (or the counterparty) would sign them, without some sort of guarantee they will be operating in a few years.

+40m of contracted revenues, surely not that difficult to sort finance out? 🤔

This little Company will go the same route that GW Pharma went a few years back imho, they were bought out by a US Pharma Company for $7.2 billion when nobody liked it here in UK.
