CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.

Resolution 8, that the Company should continue as an investment trust, was supported by over 99% of proxy votes cast.

The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of meeting in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 October 2018.
