Further re:- Suspension of Trading on AIM

Further to the Company's announcement of 23 March 2022, the Company advises that it continues to work to complete the audited financial statements for the period to 30 September 2021.

The dispute with certain shareholders of Hyperneph Software Limited, the Company's 51% subsidiary remains outstanding.

The Company will request a restoration of its listing once the Company's audited report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021 have been published. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 41, the Company has six months from the date its shares were suspended to publish audited accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021 to prevent cancellation of the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM.
