The directors have set the maximum option at 50p to incentivise the share price. It's much better for PIs like us because it isn't even tied to revenue. Brilliant move by the very smart BoD! Love this company. I didn't make my millions by backing losers and can spot one a mile off (I. E. Beeks of Arabia)
