"pulling in posters from other threads"?

nope...saw andrebea's post on the CR thread this am and had a look but the spread put me off.

Not that I dont wish anyone luck with their investment in here.

I was just questioning your reasoning behind the "no resistance till 20p" post.

nothing more.

I am not long or short here or deramping or ramping....just asking a question

re: Alan Duncan
12th September 2009

/.....
Earlier this year, it emerged he was being paid £35,000 a year to work 20 days for Arawak Energy, an exploration company with interests in Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. He had also been earning £45,000-a-year with the Los Angeles-based technology company Catalytic Solutions.
Mr Duncan has now resigned from both positions while his consultancy business has also ceased trading. And so we come to the row over MPs's expenses. Mr Duncan was particularly vulnerable on two counts. First, he was known to be independently wealthy.

no resistance till 20p???

apart from the 10p and 15p ones you mean?

and why would there be resistance at 20p when technically there is no reason for it - the share price fell straight through it (so it never acted as support), then it never bounced to test it as a resistance.

just for those that havent done your research (as in recent buyers), here is an extract from the last RNS with the results:

In order to address the Company's ability to operate as a going concern, in the
first quarter of 2009 we retained a U.S.-based investment banking firm to act as
a financial advisor to the Company in exploring alternatives to recapitalize the
Company. Alternatives under consideration include the sale of Company stock
and/or a sale of the Company's assets, while negotiating with our lenders to
modify loan terms in order to delay repayments while alternative capital is
secured. The Company's lenders have evidenced their willingness to cooperate
with the Company as it seeks to recapitalize. At this time we cannot provide
any assurances that the Company will be successful in its continuing efforts to
recapitalize the balance sheet or in its work with lenders on loan
modifications. In the event that we are not successful in the immediate future,
there is substantial doubt that the Company will be able to continue operations
without filing a petition of bankruptcy. There can be no assurances that in
that event we would be able to reorganize through bankruptcy, and we might be
forced to effect a liquidation of our assets.
