RNS x 2. Results out. They said they'd be good and they are brilliant. £4.3 m profit. Everything that should be up is well up, and what should be down is down, and a very favourable outlook. It's all there. Honest reporting.
Plus the strategic acquisition of the Brixx Licence, saving cost over the long term, and having it further developed.
Progressive dividend policy in the offing.
Separately, House Broker raises target price to £1.25.

RNS x2. Mxc sold £501.6k worth at 76p for one of their new wheezes. Nigel WRAY bought them.

It's doing nicely, again, as it goes into this second leg. Mxc stuff is formed with an eye to a sale when it suits. In the meantime, Castleton say ( as per the investor presentation last November, worth a watch ) they are still at the very beginning of cross selling after integration of that bulk of acquisitions, and (since the presentation) have scaled up the previously small Australian side of their operation to provide similar opportunities.(Kinetic RNS ) TechmarketView suggest a further acquisition of a UK/Australian operating company may follow.
They have also disposed of evergreen options, and particularly in that respect, strong cash generation has enabled them to buy out all existing MXCP options, amounting to 5% of the share capital.(RNS)
