Redcentric plc ("Redcentric" or the "Company")

Regulatory Update


The Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has notified Redcentric that it has commenced an investigation following the historic overstatement of net assets and profits as described in the Company's announcements on 7 November 2016, 13 and 23 December 2016 and following the completion of an independent forensic review commissioned by the Board of Redcentric.

Redcentric will co-operate fully with the FCA and other relevant authorities concerning this matter. A further announcement will be made in due course if appropriate.

IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE.

Now a full blown FCA investigation into RCN and its leaders.

So it has been escalated.

I wonder if the FRC tipped the FCA off about summat ?

RCN is undergoing an FRC Investigation and
RCN is now also undergoing a full FCA Investigation.

Now..............who said its not CONTAGIOUS ?

The Documotive arm is awful. They treat the staff as commodities and make sure they know it. They say they want a dev process and don't stick to it. They don't understand software development and they don't strive to improve anything.

There's no story there, or if there is its of why you're bothering as a disinterested observer to search the net again for something to say, and that's what you found.

The story will be in the figures, whatever they are. CEO/MXCP know them.

There's a few disgruntled ex employees on that Glassdoor sure enough. Anybody who ever worked for a living seen them. And a few who been hard done by.
I agree that current one seems a bit of a whinger, wants free drinks etc. but still there.
Won't last long.
And only 50% rate the ex CEO.

But pleased to see they're running a tight ship expenditure wise. A bit like Amazon, and they done alright!

They don't seem to have that many vacancies for a 180 or so employee company - only one currently advertised, one week old, and that may be a new job.
Always room for improvement, and with a new CEO, and COO Sanghera from Documotive ( though I liked her ) and Bell gone, maybe perhaps lead to a happier, and even more productive environment than recent contracts indicate.

C'est la vie!

I suppose Sutton Coldfield is a nice place to work, and compared to this company its about the only benefit i can think of, Unless you like working in the dark, with no leadership and no actual planning of work
Cons
No one is in charge
People who think they are in charge dont know what they are doing,
Product Managers constantly under planning work.
Only way to get promoted is to get drunk with the boss
Advice to Management
Please value your employees, Developers are not some minimum wage job, this is our career and livelihood. By ignoring are opinions on everything from office layout to how we want to work, we have more collective experience than you do, we know what we are doing and we know what works.

There should be a holdings RNS cooking up. Can't be a 'mug punter' snaffling everything up - and they don't need to be paying this price.
