15/11/2017 10:48 | i think they were counting on 3500bopd from a5 to fund a8 and then 802. have to assume that flow test has started and we will hear in c.4 weeks or less on first month progress. no doubt a5 will be discussed tomorrow, its not inside info as they have already stated they intend to commence flow test. | konil

15/11/2017 08:56 | i might go along, will register today and decide tomorrow | bullinachinashop3
15/11/2017 08:53 | Tomorrow is going to be very interesting. Got to be an update as with most AGM's or company meets.Anybody going ? Tre,Our KO has loaned money to Roxi. They're not raising cash and diluting as most poxy AIM directors do. Easy to do a bit of fundraising but why do that if you he could get better terms by using a bit of his own. They've always been prudent with their cash and astute with their deal making as Canamens and Galaz demonstrates. There's a funding gap currently, they can't fund A8 unless they're paying on a monthly basis and maybe they're telling fibs re cash flow funding. The company is in the best position it's been since incorporation and yet we have a seller and nobody knows why ? We'll find out soon enough. | xclusive2
15/11/2017 08:09 | You've obviously not been to Kstan | xclusive2
15/11/2017 07:58 | Xclusive 07.07 post. What a load of rubbish.... you clearly have a limited understanding of corporate finance: companies fund themselves through equity, loans or bonds not be asking a board member to sell a private shareholding! When you said you lived on the W estate you must have meant Wandsworth! lol ho ho ho | therealenigmatic
15/11/2017 07:07 | Been thinking about the share gifting and reallocation. Not done the numbers yet but maybe a few shares have been released to build a pot to fund the current operational activity. Even if they are forward selling the oil on a 6 month basis at c100kbopd per month, that will only net $12m best case, probably less so how can they fund current ops plus the A8 well ? Toggle,I think some of the stock has been sold with good intention i.e. to fund current ops without dilution. Probably see another loan announcement from KO to support this. You love the numbers and if you've got the time, could you calculate the exact share position pre and post Baverstock and post the gifting exercise to see if the numbers add up or a few have been converted to cash ? | xclusive2

14/11/2017 20:42 | Maybe ask why a grown man would wear a chinstrap | 1enigmatic
14/11/2017 19:05 | Wasn't a buy, it was a sell, matched trades. Nowt we can do but ask KO and Cc what is going on f2face.Timber,Hope your op has gone well ? Let us know if you're going on Thursday.Et al,Was hoping my FD was going but it's his anniversary, can't believe he's celebrating anniversaries after 35 years !Anybody going willing to ask some direct questions ?Smarty | xclusive2
14/11/2017 19:00 | Can't have been a buy at that, I was getting dummy quotes for 5k shares at more than that bull. As mentioned there should be another trade coming through to match but what do they mean/how does it work? | steveh8
14/11/2017 17:14 | Matched trades continue, out with old and in with the new. 1m a side and looking forward to understanding the truth on the 'Caspexiteer'. | xclusive2
14/11/2017 17:10 | i cannot make the meeting. possibly the 2 big questions cc and ko need to answer; 1. the unusual trading on the market, cc and ko must not be allowed to fob off with the usual ' we know nothing', and should be pressed to give some explanation however conjectural/caveated it may be. 2. why no news on commencement of a5 flow test, they are not stupid and will know this is a huge confidence issue for the market, so whilst not necessary to announce they should do so anyway. edit: it may even be that 1 and 2 are interlinked in some way. if so, that can only be bad for transparency and suggests naughty goings-on behind the scenes (well i never!), so they will be very cagey. perhaps their unease at such questions will be more telling than their words. | konil
14/11/2017 17:07 | 700,000 buy at 11.1 - odder and odder, something is building here, no idea what it is but i think it is substantial. | bullinachinashop3
14/11/2017 14:12 | DB,As you know, depends on whether our buyer had already started and below 3% and our seller should be disclosing at 17m intervals. | xclusive2
14/11/2017 14:00 | With 1,669m shares in issue a 3% disclosure is 50m, based on the end of day volumes that disclosure might be a while. | davidblack
14/11/2017 13:31 | Maybe somebody could ask Clive on Thursday when he's actually going to pay for his shares ? Maybe a salary sacrifice ? If the story is so good, surely he'd want to buy when out of closed period ? Or in reality just get some more freebies | xclusive2
14/11/2017 13:20 | We have a big boy exiting and a big boy joining the party. Expect disclosures in the near future. Ducks being lined up.Directors in closed period so and director dealings are off the cards but would like to see some skin in the game from our Clive rather than re-pricing options. Probably new option awards on the horizon and exercising of existing. News tomorrow or Thurs am or both days. | xclusive2
14/11/2017 12:43 | Dosbol’s selling director tryin to hide sales by gettin around director disclose with kids this got any big II involved ???? if not got institutonal investors on shareholder , run faster than usain bolt and get yous out of ere you bein pimped | fsawatcher
