10/9/2018 07:55 | Will be interesting to see if there's any follow on from our little buying interest on Friday. If there's no news this week then it looks like it's the interims for next update and that would signify a real lack of material progress. A likely bloooooo day today as i sense a few speculative tickets will be purchased. | xclusive2
10/9/2018 07:03 | No update today then. | hallow
09/9/2018 20:06 | Handbags at dawn on LSE ....lol.Good chance of update this week maybe some more early buying will give us a clue or we could have that Monday mover, good or bad ! | xclusive2
08/9/2018 12:31 | Big week coming up for CASP. Last operational update was on 1st August it's now 8 September. It must be due surely.. Please get this right Clive. | hallow
08/9/2018 07:36 | That was the week that was ‘ FWIW Total volume in week about half that I would expect in a normal week (which we haven't had for some time) based on my system using a bench mark of 1.1 million per day. ‘ Those who trade in bands above Normal Market size (30k) doing most of the work and NO really heavy trades. OVERALL more BOUGHT than SOLD ‘ Last week Sample size___56 ________________Volu Band_______Buy______ ' 0k-30k_____143,943 175,775____ 10.0%__ 16.0% 30-100k____433,837 148,623_____30.1%___ 100-300k___865,600 772,041____ 60.0%___70.4% 300-500k 500k-> Total___1,443,380_1, % Volume___57%_______4 ' Rest of month I am out of contact, so by Sod's (Ship's Operatic and Dramatic Society) law I would expect some full bloodied action whilst I am away. Good Luck to All. | togglebrush
08/9/2018 06:32 | This is CASP you know it's going to disappoint, it's just a question of how often and how much!!! IMHO one day the deeps will flow..........god knows when! | buzzzzzzzz
07/9/2018 22:01 | Bull,You avin a larf listening to the loonies on LSE !! THe ship is not leaky, hasn't been for some time. What will be, will be. | xclusive2
07/9/2018 17:36 | I'll take credit for starting the mini stampede...lol If 801 is commercial, that's great news, i'm hoping that they've sent the drilling mud to A5 and they've cleared that for a double whammy. If it's good news on 801, i still believe PI's still have the chance to get on board cheaply as the 90 day flow test has to be satisfied. All i care about currently is the increasing of reserves to further underpin the investment and i will buy more as soon as i know that we have a flowing deep. The hype will really kick in shortly and those of us that know this company inside out, will have the opportunity to make money. C'mon Clive, get that Monkey off your back, it's well overdue. | xclusive2
07/9/2018 17:06 | lovely meaty buy at the end, rumours of good news at 801..gla | bullinachinashop3
07/9/2018 15:43 | Bottom feeders following my lead and having a little nibble. Lets hope the next news is the right flavour | xclusive2
07/9/2018 12:49 | Well after saying this am i'd wait til news before next decision to sell or buy, i took a few more this am. Only 99k, strange wouldn't let me have a quote for 100k. Impetuous decisions my boy but pinning my hopes that worst case MJF is still positive. Just hedging against them issuing a Blockbuster RNS and share price gets carried away and have added a few tranches since my selling spree. News next week . | xclusive2
07/9/2018 11:54 | DB - lol, are you still invested from that IR meeting we attended last year? | bullinachinashop3
07/9/2018 11:51 | Well it’s been that exciting here that resorting to “Day dreaming” about announcements is all we can muster! Please a bit of real news this year? Or before the winter shut down that starts on the 20th of December or is that September Clive? | davidblack
07/9/2018 09:29 | Clive Carver, Executive Chairman, Caspian Sunrise comments: "The long sought after prize of a deep well flowing has now been achieved. The volumes of high quality oil already recovered under natural pressure from the well indicates the huge potential of the deep horizons at BNG. | bullinachinashop3
07/9/2018 09:25 | I just dont know whats going on! the only thing I would say , and I do take hope in it is this annoucement, and this was completely out of the blue. no leaks, nothing just one lovely monday morning... Deep Well A5 Status The previously announced side-track has been drilled and completed without incident using a 4-/2 inch pre-perforated liner followed by running 3-1/2 inch tubing On 21 October 2017 the well was opened for clean-up purposes. The initial flow rates were approximately 3,500 bopd using a 11 mm choke. The well flowed without interruption for 4 hours and without artificial stimulation before it was shut in pending the arrival on site of additional high pressure testing equipment. The well-head pressure varied from 160 to 300 bar. The pressure build-up dynamics indicate an excellent reservoir quality. The current shut-in pressure is 470 bar (6,887 psi). The high well-head pressure and the good presence of rich gases such as butane and pentane also indicate lighter and more valuable oil compared to our shallow wells. The interval tested is limestone and extends 85 meters in height between depths 4,335 meters and 4,420 meters. We look forward to updating the market further on the progress of this well in due course. | bullinachinashop3
07/9/2018 09:00 | Maxim, Unfortunately, it is hard to stay positive when the communication is this poor. The last RNS copied below with Clive's comment -; "We are at the final stages of the complex operation to get Deep Well 801 to flow and we remain confident of a positive outcome, although given past delays nothing is being taken for granted. We look forward to making further reports as soon as RELIABLE additional information is available." Unfortunately, it's the 'RELIABLE' info that has been sorely missing. Et al, 5 weeks have elapsed since 801 announcement and all they needed to do was to clean up the bore hole with some acidisation to increase permeability and hey presto, job's a goodun. Easy to say the words but history shows us that pressure and heat are making it very difficult to bring these home. If i put the RT specs on for a minute, this is what i see -; 801 - As stated in RNS. They've intersected 120m of oil bearing zones of which 75m perforated. A5 - Rig on site waiting for drilling fluids from 801 to clear obstruction that's stopping A5 flowing. Are they drilling already ? A6 - Need drilling pipes from A5. Are they on site already. If you were mega bullish here, then you would expect to see a positive result on all, it's feasible but their track record has pit optimism in the bottom drawer. They could announce the 'BLOCKBUSTER' with other news to add, production licence, 3ABest, another acquisition etc but we can't trust anymore. I should be adding bundles at this point and taking the punt with so much news expected but no, i'm waiting for them to show me that they can deliver one deep. It's at that time, much that it will cost more to add, i will be adding in volume and looking forward to seeing the same on other deeps and MJF. Still a great investment on paper but the confidence and credibility is lacking, only Casper can change that. Next week for news, if not then it's in the Interims, that will be a huge disappointment. 07/9/2018 08:25 | exclusive 2 I agree there is something strange being played out here. As the shareholders, we will probably be the last to know. Lets hope it's a good result when we finally find out what is happening. No operational update since 01/08/2018 it's now 07/09/2018 Something rotten in the state of Denmark. | hallow
07/9/2018 08:09 | Sadly I dont think there is anything up. Here is a company that has singularly disappointed with its lack of progress. The development of the shallows seems to have stalled, they can not bring a deep in to production, the export license seems to have been forgotten, A3Best is uncompleted but most frustrating they announce a strategy whose contents and timetable they provide and fail to achieve any progress in 10 months. I think this radio silence is just a reflection of an inability to deliver and general poor management . I would be delighted if somehow behind the scenes they were experts on deal making. I would love to be proved wrong . | maxim1999
07/9/2018 06:31 | The longer the news embargo, the more i think that there could be a takeover in the offing. Not unrealistic as they've already made that clear but that was likely after theyd ptoved up some of the acreage and added a few assets. Probably off base at this point but not if they continue to mess up the deeps.Maybe a sale of part of their acreage and leave deeps to those who can deliver them ? Gives Casper the funds to add other acreage, maybe more shallow focus.Summats up . | xclusive2
06/9/2018 18:11 | well bull, i gave it a go - see my previous post - but seems the aficionados think otherwise. still can't understand why casp are not pursuing the mjf shallows with gusto. don't worry though, i won't utter the b word! | konil
06/9/2018 18:05 | Smarty, I watched SXX crash this morning but was powerless as no free funds. I actually sold another stock to transfer funds to my CFD to take advantage of 23p this morning but in my rush, I forgot it is T2 in my ISA, GRRRRRR....! The drop was ridiculously over exaggerated, an extra 10% (ish) on £4bln+ capex and the world falls apart. Just goes to show how much the use of CFD trading screws the market I suppose. I am not a big fan but have used them a few times (notably UKOG from 2p to 10p+ last year...) | control1
06/9/2018 15:02 | Isn't it time that everyone was put out of there misery? Look to AST for a parallel. Both said they had large discoveries AST failed to prove it and it's looking like Casper are following suit.Anyone also spot a common connection... | ngms27
06/9/2018 14:32 | trying very hard to look on the bright side... oraz and satyl appear to be clued up and well connected dudes, and they have avoided the mistake of taking on loads of debt to speed things up operationally and hence avoided putting the company at risk of default. much to be applauded. since july a production licence for mjf has been available to them - its unknown whether it has been granted or not - afaik it certainly hasn't been reported upon. i assume there have been no further mjf shallow spuds because no rns to that effect. the mjf shallow programme, over c.2 years would have resulted in a huge uplift in revenues and provided opportunity to speed up deep ops without debt, which could have resulted in any or all of the 3 drilled deeps coming onstream and more being drilled. instead everything seems to have been put on hold???? its possible to conclude that whatever they are working on must be of immense benefit to the company, overshadowing at least for the time being, the huge benefits from the shallow programme. i'm not on the happy pills, just trying to make some sense of this apparent hiatus! | konil |
