15/6/2025 15:59:31 | $200 pob incoming?
Houthis and Iran attacks could easily close global trade routes for days, weeks or months
May happen as early as tomorrow | the new norm
13/6/2025 12:32:39 | I can feel the whoosh incoming ;-)
It will blow away all the negative vibes in one tsunami wave ;-) | the new norm
13/6/2025 12:07:43 | I am intentionally not taking much of a view. Tesla trades on 100 x p/e or whatever because the investors are optimistic that the earnings and growth will come. The market remains sceptical about the CASP ability to deliver. Maybe as we get good news and that feeds in to the price then FOMO develops on the balance of the future projects and they price in delivery before it occurs. Shares could go parabolic at some stage if they start discounting ahead of delivery . | maxim1999
13/6/2025 11:10:07 | Guess we shouldn't ignore the fact that the oil price has increased 33% in the last month
Lots of extra $$$ getting added to the Bank account from the SHALLOWS 1350 bopd
wakey wakey guys smell the coffee :-) | the new norm
13/6/2025 09:11:32 | Max are you saying you think there is only a 10% probability of the Shallows sale completing? | the new norm
13/6/2025 08:35:27 | That's excellent. But most companies values incorporate some probabilistic component. You look at all revenue stream deliverable in the future. Apply a probability of that income being delivered on . So 10 % chance of GBP 1O m is gbp 1 m. You add all projects together and divide no of shares outstanding . With the price drifting every month I would guess the market is attributing almost zero to the list. Clearly it has value and in theory significantly value but the market is saying unless you can demonstrate you can deliver on anything we assume the whole list is pretty much worthless on paper. As I say it's great to have hope but at the moment it's talk. And we know what talk is ..... | maxim1999
13/6/2025 08:20:42 | A recent post on another BB provides an excellent summary of prospects for H2 25 which keeps me fully locked and loaded ;-)
Offsets my growing frustrations over delays with Shallows sale and licence renewals
Still adding on the dips ;-) | the new norm
13/6/2025 06:38:42 | Having been here since the Roxi days I can state certainly and unemotionally that for me this investment has been a disaster.
As to why I am still here... well that's not a question I can really answer which is where my lack of logic comes in.
Clive is a highly paid stool and I agree with Penrith, he really couldn't care less what I think. Just as he didn't on AST | onsideman
12/6/2025 23:06:57 | Of course I'm invested, what an odd question. My positivity is based on the evidence available, not simply looking at a share price that is subject to the vagaries of different levels of market patience and the bureaucratic delays already mentioned. And please don't twist this answer into thinking I'm saying everything Clive, Kuat and the company have done is wonderful; no. They certainly have communication issues and some of their strategic actions look questionable. But overall the areas under licence have more than enough potential to far outweigh the frustrations to date.
Not going to engage in a pointless exchange, nor divulge confidential info, I've made my views clear and readers can make up their own minds. | bluemango
12/6/2025 23:03:19 | Why do you claim I am emotionally illogical? Presumably you're a factual person so a simple answer to the following would help in understanding your positivity. How long have you been invested in this share and what is your average . I am assuming you are invested? | penrith
12/6/2025 22:39:40 | To be clear, people can be as cynical and doom-mongering as they like, but the absence of a post on a bb is not actually an accurate pointer to imminent doom. Some of my best stocks have bulletin board threads which don't see a post in weeks. Which is by far my preference, tbh.
And btw, a company with the assets this is sitting on, and the collaborations being negotiated, is certainly not a "complete disaster". We have had snails pace Kazakh bureaucratic slowness with licences etc, which has led to a depressed valuation, but people should keep in mind what's coming here and stay calm, not emotionally illogical. | bluemango
12/6/2025 21:15:06 | New Norm 'I'm giving Clive one last chance to redeem himself' He doesn't care for your redemption, he's laughing all the way to the bank . | penrith
12/6/2025 21:11:56 | This has become a complete disaster. How times have changed. Today 6 transactions and not one post on LSE.X what have we been conned into? | penrith
12/6/2025 16:56:54 | X2 ... If only there were a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, with banking experience on the board... | spangle93
12/6/2025 13:28:25 | Agree X2
I'm giving Clive one last chance to redeem himself
If the imminent news flow gets the share price back into double digits then I'd be minded to forgive him for his very poor communication and organisation skills ;-) | the new norm
12/6/2025 13:18:50 | Thanks NN. I didn't realise that 5&7 resolutions were same as last year.Re accounts suspension, if they miss for a 3rd time then that's shocking as it just demonstrates how lax Clive is re timely account submission. Nothing we can do as there are no large corp shareholders than can hold their feet to the fire. | xclusive2
12/6/2025 13:08:08 | With $1.5m pm from oil sales, $7m from CE rental and $14m from Shallows sale I struggle to understand why audited accounts have not been produced and available for AGM. With operations on pause at the other sites for most of the year under review I wouldn't think cash flow would be troubling the auditors this time round.
Historically Clive has been very tardy in producing accounts to meet AIM deadlines, sometimes the accounts have appeared a day before the AGM date
Thought he might have been more motivated this year as he is after all back on full pay package again! | the new norm
12/6/2025 12:58:18 | Not really a problem if you're flexible with timings because on paper everything's fine - the scenario described by NN is really only an issue if you literally needed to cash out within days and honestly no holding should be subject to that constraint. | bluemango
12/6/2025 12:52:37 | Thanks for those thoughts NN! I really dont want to hear this. | jostrummer
12/6/2025 12:14:35 | X2
Resolutions are exactly the same as last years resolutions, the only difference is the £amounts have been adjusted to reflect the lower share price this time round and the extra 100m shares on issue
Keeping all funding options open to cover the various range of possible outcomes
Still hoping for an intra day RNS confirming Shallows sale completed and cash in Bank before 25 June 25
Failing that we will have a share suspension on 1 July 25 for non production of accounts
As its CASP I think there is a high probability that the latter point will happen and we drift for another few months while the hard working bureaucrates put pen to paper on change of control and licence renewal at which time shares will start trading again at a massive premium to the closing suspension price
Seen the movie many times before ;-) | the new norm
12/6/2025 10:12:33 | Someone just bought eight grand's worth, bang on the offer. | bluemango
12/6/2025 08:26:24 | Hi Spangle,Haven't checked AIM rules but there are various options I believe. Open marked, fixed price tender, off market etc but I don't know the limitations. | xclusive2
11/6/2025 23:31:45 | Hope you're having a good break, smarty, wherever it is this time ;-)
I thought one of the rules of buy backs was that the daily quantum was constrained by the average traded volume. Consequently, unless there's a big pick up in activity here, buybacks will have pretty limited effect.
I hold PTAL, which operates a buy back - today's was a huge 16721 shares, total cost to the company of under £6000. | spangle93
11/6/2025 14:30:46 | NN,The AGM resolutions are interesting and needs more debate pre AGM. The company obviously believe the stock is cheap and where's the cash coming from to pay for it. It suggests that the AR deal is very close or the ME cash is on its way. Res 5 states that they will have the option to issue up to 1.35bn in a Rights ? that could suggest that they aren't getting the cash in ? an Open Offer at some stage ? Res7, as stated above, they need cash to buy stock into treasury so it's coming from somewhere . BBs are designed to reduce tradable stock into issue and therefore the share price should increase . It's the PIs that dictate the share price and I won't be letting one share go. Are the insiders going take the cash ? Interesting times ahead and PIs need to hold onto their stock tightly imo. Some important questions to be asked at AGM. | xclusive2
