14/1/2008 04:39 | I suppose the worry is that the 5%+ holder knows or suspects more than the average PI does and whatever it is they don't like it. | stig2

04/1/2008 13:17 | This is old, but interesting (Hot Copper - CPN thread) 17 July 2007 Carpaithian have just appointed their first new senior board member since the company changing hands a couple of months ago....and a very intreguing character he is to too. He is Faud Uzbekov, the Russian deputy director of KazRosGas, which is the largest exporter of gas from Khazakstan. Carpaithian's new CEO is another Gazprom man, responsible for much of their exports to Southern Europe. CPN's new enigmatic Russian owners have just injected fresh funds into the company pending appraisal of new oil exploration and production projects from Russia, Eastern Europe and Khazakstan. The link with Gazprom is now irrefutable. Given the seniority of the people involved, the scope is there for these new projects is likely to be quite considerable. The current market cap is only $68m. I guess this is why the stock is being tipped for $2...... | andrbea

18/12/2007 09:36 | Really it is a bit of guesswork where to put the lines. It's a question of trying to join as many highs and as many lows. It could be a broad channel or a narrow one. The lines must be parallel, of course, unless one is trying to draw a triangle or pennant. More art than science, I'd say. The Fibonnacci is quite clear though, the 38.2% is breached, and the 23.6% (at 5.23p) provides the next support. BTW wasn't it "deepdriller" who said we'd go back to around 7p, he was very close to the placement action. | chopsy
18/12/2007 09:20 | Chopsy. Nice chart, was it you that said we would hit 7p. well we are here now. If you moved your top line up to the previous peak and then the bottom line would follow (is that right)then this should be the bottom? Or is there more to it than just moving the lines.By the way I don't know how charts work... | stenick
17/12/2007 20:39 | free stock charts from www.advfn.com So, there is my latest chart. have I massaged that too much, or does it indicate we are headed for 5.25p? | chopsy
12/12/2007 21:39 | Seriously though, we rocketed on investment news, but where is the target? MTA already have theirs and by comparison, they are flying. This will rocket when a good acquisition is announced, its a question of waiting till the right moment. How to judge it, you tell me. Good luck to all. | chopsy
11/12/2007 19:45 | Nice chart chopsy 1.99p here we come Ahhhhhh............. | stenick
11/12/2007 10:54 | Thanks for that chopsy time will tell. | curlly
11/12/2007 10:41 | I'd say 5.25p is possible, given the downtrend and the next Fib level. | chopsy
11/12/2007 09:25 | So is this the last dip before we move back up, 50% off top so looks good for a turn around imo | curlly
05/12/2007 16:37 | Credit Suisse must be peed off ,33% loss.Can't be right!! | impala391 |
