AusD 2 is about 83p. The sentences referred to above by andylaws are standard ones for when an entity will control or can influence more than 50% of the equity.On the other hand, they have sunk a couple of million into this - why kill the goose?

blackbear - I sympathise. I sold when they were about £1 - which was 30p more than some of the directors sold. They then sold again at £1.40. So what do we know??

Er Pomp & Circumstance - they have NOT given away some of the company. They have brought people in who will make the share price worth something significant, as opposed to languishing for a long time. Think about it - they would only have been able to raise ANY money at about the level Maxi's Taxi has bought in at - and then only for their own existing projects. Max and pals have so much better connections than the old board that it is laughable. Personally, Eddie et al should be given a huge bonus for getting us in on the ground floor of the next - what - Cairn? JKX? By the way, my brother in law has just been made a main board director of JKX. CPNR is at the stage JKX was at when they were the equivalent of 28p. 3 years later they were over £4.

gives an inisight into the type of management, give a chunk of OUR company away to their mates for pennys!! While the rise since has been spectacular, i am very wary of waking up one morning to another robbery!!

Ive top sliced some of mine and while quite happy to run more than i should have anyway for free!!

anval - over the last couple of months there's about £15m gone into the stock - but mostly in smaller amounts. I think his is the largest single buy this time round - I seem to rememebr a 1million buy a year past March.
