IMO if anyone put £150-200k into this share in the last few days/weeks and didn't sell before the weekend just gone, then they are either rich enough to consider it a trivial punt, extremely stupid, or else a Walter Mitty character.

No administration then and straight into liquidation. That's taken everyone by surprise, as even worse than feared. Big news story will be how much this will cost the Government.

Given the news this morning, the stock would have had no value with everyone selling and no buyers other than shorts closing perhaps, but it would have not been enough to give it any sort of a price so suspension was a given as soon as liquidation was mentioned

Liquidation or administration is a mandatory suspension by the FCA. Pretty basic stuff I'm afraid.
