23/11/2017 12:48 | Once LBA have finished selling we could well see a decent coiled spring here on the share price Evidently there will be an equity fund raising at some point but i think this is some way off yet. Keep em peeled | empirestate

23/11/2017 09:47 | The upside will come before the debt for equity and the upside is for a very short term.If they get to 25p I am a seller.Quick profit or quick loss will sell at 15p as well. | leonidas

23/11/2017 09:31 | Where do you expect the upside to come from? The market is expecting a debt for equity which will only be done in the low single pennies. | samdb
23/11/2017 09:28 | At this level there is more upside than downside as a result I bought 25k at 19.35 there is few quids to be made. | leonidas

23/11/2017 01:16 | There is nothing to sell off, other than businesses than turnover cash (some at a loss). Why appoint an administrator, if (as you say) they've appointed the CEO, who can run this and slowly pay for the debt (and interest)? Of course, shareholders are shafted, that's why it's now 20p and not £3 a share... | zcaprd7
22/11/2017 20:14 | buywell3 - 17 Jul 2017 - 10:45:36 - 6834 of 9877 Carillion - Charts & News - CLLN Longs I would not want to be long here when the new finance arrangements are announced Hence this has become more of a day trading share ... I would not want to hold it personally overnight to read a nasty RNS the next morning. Take care | buywell3

22/11/2017 17:10 | dealy - you are missing the only relevant point - whether the banks , bondholders or an administrator take control of this - it will be at the expense of shareholders - i.e. You. You continue with your comical Ali comments so I assume you have not sold yet and are therefore nursing huge paper losses right now. Those outcomes may include a small interest for shareholders or maybe nothing. Maybe there will be another solution that favours shareholders - it is still possible but that gamble and if you continue to hold is like betting on CSKA Moscow winning this seasons Champions league - a long shot that no one thinks will happen. | fenners66
22/11/2017 16:58 | Sorry , but running it as a going concern will yield way better results for the bondholders. | dealy
22/11/2017 14:25 | zcap: Once in administration, they run the business and sell the assets off to get their money back, charging the company for receiver fees. It is probably the bank that appointed the new CEO, coming on stream in April. Just in time to manage it all. It is always the ord shareholders that get stuffed in these situations | wallywoo
22/11/2017 14:22 | The only question that matters is will current shareholders see anything after the restructure? | rcturner2
22/11/2017 14:18 | There's no way the banks want this to go to the wall, how earth will they get any money back that way? | zcaprd7
22/11/2017 13:16 | You get credited as though it went to zero. | samdb
22/11/2017 12:40 | Excuse my ignorance but what do you do with your short position if you cant trade the stock? | hootza616
22/11/2017 12:17 | I'm short and I'll be holding it till 5p or zero, whichever comes first. | samdb
22/11/2017 12:13 | I ran a rail construction business for 10 years and was part of the CLLN supply chain. They and all the other tier 1 contractors were ruthless, never paying on time, holding the small businesses to ransom, threatening to throw you off the job for any reason, raping you of any margin they thought you were making! If I were still in the business I would be withdrawing my credit and enjoying it! Shorters - better settle those bets quick before theres nothing left! | hootza616 |
