CLLN have a new CEO (temporary) and FO. It is in their interests to not underestimate the problems and, therefore, the contingency amount will be at least sufficient, quite possibly generous.

The hedge funds are clearly waiting for a RI, at which point I assume the shorts will close their positions.

IF they get it right and IF new contracts are better than the old ones, we should have a profitable company worth a share price around 80p.

Of the four main cheerleaders on this thread for Carillion, lab has not posted since the profit warning. Kcsham was honest enough to admit he got it wrong and sold on the monday. Both JAF and Garycook posted every day the week before saying how great Carillion is and how they were looking forward to the trading statement. On the monday they both posted that they had sold the week before. Both are liars.
