Good results yesterday.

I don't know where the header is picking up the EPS figure from, but it should be 30.6p not 13.63p.

The decision by Suffolk council to outsource virtually all of its services must be a good sign for Caretech.

If other councils follow suit it may well mean a lot more work for Caretech.

The impact of the spending cuts will also drive councils to outsource services too so all in all it make a good story for Caretech prospects.

Wonder if the share price will now stage a recovery.

Beginning to move Up as I though would happen.
Lot of takeover in the Care Sector at the moment and CTH as the
quality play IMO.

Agreed that I may well regret this move EI but the share price wasnt performing for me and I wasnt prepared to hold out in the hope of a bid. But I think its a very well managed firm and the SCSW assessment was excellent.

Lots of bids in the Care sector at the moment.
How long before the large shareholders look for an exit at a substantial premium - just look at Care UK.

yes with some building society saying house prices rose 4% on a year ago, i see your point. Its assets could be well undervalued. Maybe £250m

Caretech has approx £84 million of debt - when does this need to be refinanced by?? - up more than 30% in the last few weeks and highly rated by any standards in my view
Any future growth is likely to be funded by yet more share issues.

Good news very much is in the price, all imo as always.
