Notice of Results

Card Factory, the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings and gifts, today issues an update regarding the timing of publication of its results.

The Company will release the preliminary results for the 12 months to 31 January 2021, on 8 June 2021. This is delayed from the previously announced date as a result of logistical challenges in concluding the year end audit in compliance with government guidelines as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Consequently, the Company anticipates holding its 2021 AGM on 28 July 2021.
