24/3/2009 21:11 | Well , what cheers me up is ............ surely we don;t appoint a new broker for the fun of it ? also cheers me up , because if we don't do anything by next week , ok - we get suspended - not good I agree , but not the end of the world , as we then have six months before we're dead . What doesn't cheer me is .............. Trading Platform , or whatever it was called , it which I think we still have a holding was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread - but their shares are suspended , due to failure to produce accounts . If any of the above info is inaccurate - please tell me ! John | 2trying
24/3/2009 20:42 | My understanding was that Caplay had aquired a certain percentage involving a loan in the region of 200k, with the option of taking the rest of the company. I assumed that's what would happen, but it's getting late now... iv | investalvirgin

20/2/2009 08:00 | The directors have not been withdrawing a salary for over 12 months so apart from their love for the company, they are incentivised to get a deal done. It was interesting to note that they appointed a broker late last year. If they can't do the Textic deal, another deal will be done. The March deadline may be too near, but i doubt they want to lose the aim list. If they do, you become a shareholder in an unlisted company. Trading would be through the company secretary (assuming a demand for the stock). No need to succumb to the gloom yet darcy5! | greedy rooster |
