The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Notice of AGM will be available on

the Group's website at http://www.capdrill.com/investors/announcements   from today. 

Please note that arrangements for the AGM this year differ from those of previous years. As we expect significant restrictions on personal movement to still be in place due to COVID-19, we are utilising the provisions in the Company's Bye-Laws to to facilitate the holding of the AGM via telephone conferencing. All voting on the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted via a poll, which means that you should submit your proxy (by post or email) as soon as possible. We ask that all questions which shareholders wish to raise be submitted to the Company Secretary [e-mail] in advance. To be valid, the Form of Proxy provided or other instrument appointing a proxy must be lodged and received no later than 10:00 a.m. (UK time) on 09 June 2020, or in the case of shares held through CREST, via the CREST system.
