Finncap have today increased their target price here to 85p (from 70p):

Same here deanowls - there's nothing on the chart to suggest 70p as a target. I'm looking for closer to £1 before top-slicing.

I get the feeling this is in the process of going from unloved to very well regarded by the market.

I'd actually be looking higher than 70p. They are not renovating all those units for nothing and must be in line for a contract to prepare that many, I would think they are going for a big contract that they believe they have a chance of winning. That's when we will see the surge!

Perhaps worth bearing in mind that Shares Magazine has recently become subscriber/digital only. There won’t be casual punters picking up their weekend copies in WHS any more. I suspect its influence has wained considerably.

It is nice to see a bullish investment case made, all the same.
