Who gets the "option " to extend for the added 3 years - and if it is optional why talk about the £65m over 10 years before it has started ?

I guess someone in Corporate Relations wanted to highlight the contract as, as large a number as they could so £65m rather than something less than £50m ..........

It all stems from QT. Risk tolerance and hope value is being drained from the market. Some good bargains will be had before this market turns again.
