It appears your cards have been marked by the VRS CEO Dreamy. I'll leave you in peace to dig your own financial and legal proverbial. :-)

Yep, sickening the amount they all trousered for nothing but only paid out buttons for their RI uptake. Makes you wonder!

A proper study of the latest rns's will show little management confidence in the business, they have invested very little in the rights issue and have enjoyed significant increases in their ltip .

malc_p delighted for you, That's not bad at all although you did sell the rights so it must have been at that price. I would be curious to know what people got if they let the rights lapse, with charges and VAT etc. but we'll probably never know! Thanks for getting back to us. Hopefully the share price will go up over time!

There you go: Cheque arrived today, I got 0.585, so that's a grand or so I didn't do anything for. Not bad. About the same as if I'd taken up the shares instead and then sold them straight away (or at the current 1.394).
And, no, I haven't got my life savings in CPI and yes I do (sort of) understand a rights issue, thanks for the concern!

Dreamy is a Walter Mitty. Opened a short on VRS at ~60p and got closed out for not meeting a margin call when it hit the 80s at the end of last week. So yes, he is finished! Imagine opening a short when the share price had hit the 50% retrace and announcement of UK government help with foreign governments for sales and expansion. He then shorted it at £1,000 a penny on the SP, you can't make up that level of stupidity.........except Dreamy knew better. But then again he thought time was spelt 'tyme'! Lol
