Very decent results for a company which is still without CEO.
More needs will need to be done on the bidding side, but the business has stabilized.

Capita sells asset services for more than expected price £888. Debt-to-equity target will be 1.8 instead of 2-2.5 after completing the selling process.Birmingham contract is also revised to run until 2021.

Vodafone has dropped the sale to avoid costs and says they will close down the service. Capita will probably now pick up their customer base for free.
