The word is that Capita are "restructuring" so *I would expect an announcement about redundencies. Shows that they have a plan for the future.

Great to have news again Paula, momentum created.

Its probably not in the nature of a digital consultancy but I wish they could have a value on them. You could practically value on an old style announcement of processing worth say 60m over 4 years by risking an assumption on contribution. That was the beauty of predictability. 6 months free service & a partnership in lifecycle management sound like they could go either way. I suppose hopes have to do until we get track record.
