Posted at 14/3/2025 14:42 by pwhite73 bmwman3 - There is no question over the Professors reputation or credentials. In the header there is 74 companies he is involved with. CPAI will be number 75 assuming there aren't others someuwin hasn't listed.A professor's name is currency in its own right that companies will pay to be associated with. To what an extent a professor is involved in the running of the company is another matter. I asked a question earlier that has not been answered. Who is running CPAI. |
Posted at 14/3/2025 10:53 by pwhite73 ssrover - "Professor Nag's proposed remuneration will be entirely performance related,"If the remuneration is share price related he has already achieved this. Now how did Professor Nag get on board in the first place given the number of companies he is already involved in as per someuwin's header post. What normally happens is Professors and renowned people in their field are approached. Dukemount now being an entirely clean shell renamed CPAI there is nothing that could tarnish the Professor's highly reputable name or excellent career. There is no reason for him to say no if he's being financially rewarded. Company wise there is absolutely nothing here to suggest the company is or will ever enter the AI industry. The rise is all retail investor sentiment hoping for another SCGL. |

Posted at 13/3/2025 04:23 by bmwman3 Well done CPAIIt's listed in the Main Market. As a result, MMs are required to maintain the book within the given time by regulation. If PIs hold their shares tightly, MMs must take them up and up as long as they need to adjust the book. They must collect shares to maintain the book because 50% of the issued shares have already changed hands today. Now, big boys have to pay a massive premium for every buy order as there are very limited or no stocks available. This is why I love to play in the Main Market, and SCGL went so High for this reason. Some stocks do not need earnings or revenue to go high. They go high just because of the shortage of stocks, such as GameStop and SCGL.The same game here now. Thus, we will be able to sell over 5p.MMs will manipulate the market by falsely descending many times to collect shares from the weak hand, but they will be caught big time here.Be strong and be a multimillionaire. The game is on here.DYOR |

If a 100% increase in the share price is not a 'significant share price appreciation' then I don't know what is. Furthermore they can't take any salaries because there is no revenue. ——- PWhite73 - 12 Mar 2025 - 11:11:21 - 79 of 117 ssrover - "With a £1.2m mkt cap and now, from his cv, clearly a big hitter onboard" The market cap is far too small to enter the AI/Deep Tech industry. They are not into AI at all. They are similar to Tern or Vela just AIM/microcap companies taking percentage stakes in technology start ups. Needless to say if any AI start ups were disruptive they would be snapped up immediately for tens if not hundreds of millions. As for Professor Ronjon Nag involvement this happens all over the place with these AIM/microcap companies. Putting established figures on the board in an executive or non-executive role when in reality they have no real involvement. In the investment world a name is currency in its own right. This company is the old Dukemount Capital. Nothing has changed. ------ PWhite73 13 Mar '25 - 14:19 - 174 of 285 0 0 4 It starts heading back up again to create a new wave of FOMO mug punters. If it was heading for 0.11 why did it drop back to 0.073. Once enough are in down she goes again. Text book stuff but only with the benefit of hindsight. ------- dUmp onlY mAttEr oF TIme |

Issue Price represents a 6.7% premium to the closing mid-price of the Company's shares of £0.000375 on 11 March 2025, being the last practical date before this announcement. Current and prospective Directors' have invested £112,500 in the Fundraising. |
Posted at 12/3/2025 10:56 by ssrover Market Summary >&nbLON #CPAI 0.074 GBX+0.036 (97.33%)📈tod 12 Mar, 09:25 GMT •&nbs It would appear that the share price rise in the company of late has anticipated the arrival of a “rock star” to the board. Given that even after the announcement the market cap of the company is still only £800k, the silicon valley hero could deliver further decent upside just by being there. @ZaksTradersCafe |
Posted at 12/3/2025 10:17 by ssrover I really like this paragraph in today's RNS:Professor Nag and Richard Edwards will neither accrue, nor be paid, any salary for their roles instead their remuneration will be entirely performance related and they will only therefore be rewarded in the event of significant share price appreciation. |
Posted at 12/3/2025 09:18 by jbravo2 Don't bother with DarmzHe has zero credibility on the boards. He'll switch once he's got his shares. He knows this is going to 5 bag from the options and news, he just wants to think he controls sentiment. He knows share price finishes north of here today and he's flailing as he missed the boat last week |
