I hear it all the time. Charts aren't relevant for small stocks. I bought in cus of the chart and stayed in when downtrend was broken this week. Sold yesterday, bought back 1st thing and sold again for another profit.Don't kid yourself saying charts aren't relevant because it's the insiders who know before private investors and the chart will show you the way.
