Political Sciences (actually, MPhil in Modern Society and Global Transformations). You have any interesting experiences to share from Cambridge?

Millions - I am very well aware of the Thatcher/Widdecombe style students infecting institutions like Cambridge. You just have to ignore the big ego's and enjoy the flourishing social opportunities and excellent teaching staff.

Sorry Miramax, Stay away from female students IMHO! They have more testosterone than a HRT clinic! Many don't smell too good either! Cambridge will be full of Magaret Thatcher and Anne Widdecombe types, anyway...

Hey guys, this thread is initiated to promote discussions related to University of Cambridge, not marital issues. Please maintain focus on the subject, as any comments would be valuable. Best Regards, Robert

Philmiboots - And you went to Cambridge, you dirty man;) The good old in and out is practised as an *undergraduate*. You see, an MPhil/PhD is a serious commitment.

I take it you did not attend Cambridge, the girls there aren't up for those kind of perversities.

Anyone's currently studying at Cambridge University, or is a (fairly) recent graduate please provide some insider information with regards to social life. We all know you'll be required to work until your pants fall off, but as I am considering a postgraduate course would any insight to the availability of top quality girls, bars and so forth be highly appreciated.
