there are not billion of shares in issue here so consolidation if any will be way down the line, before then this will have passed 60p, so there will be no need to consolidate......the orders will start to flood in.... this is a money machine!!!

Inevitable and expected move. Things have taken a little longer to sort out clearly but best to get it all right rather than repent at leisure or whatever the phrase is

Totally (TLY)recently did a share consolidation & is over 120% up in the two months since the event, so not necessarily a bad thing as it's all about image. Do you want to be seen as a 6p share or a 60p share- it's all in the dressing & make-up to some investors.

I thought that as well, the Company advised of name change before you started to mention it Ch1ck.

The consolidation is interesting though, I don't see it. I think everyone knows consolidations sound great, but actually in practice just lead to a fall in share price
I think they may try and build the share price from the current levels.

Reasons for that,

Consolidations do cost in time and money, RedT will want to concentrate all time and money on the business.

With the issue of shares for REDT interest, the shares in issue has increased a lot, but all shares are likely to be held for greater than the lock in period, so a smaller percentage of free float than before.

Does there need to be a vote for consolidation I am not sure on that but if they were to have one then the EGM in 3 weeks time would be the time to do so, therefore it would need to be announced today.

On the EGM, it has probably crossed a few minds that they might need some more cash to concentrate the marketing and commercialisation efforts, again the time to vote for a fundraising would be at this EGM and therefore we would be told today.

This seems to say that they are not going to fundraise (at least any more than current permissions were voted at the last AGM) I also assume but will be corrected that the issuance of shares for RedT interest comes under those permissions.

Lastly, one comment in the RNS strikes loudly not for what is there in it, but for what isn't there and that could be the reason for the above paragraph.

They said in the RNS on 30th Sept that they'd be changing the name to reflect the new business focus so I'm not giving you that one Ch1ck....You can have the 100:1 prediction if that comes off though....

Extract from the RNS this morning.

The comment, "PV + Storage is now reaching 'grid parity' .......... ultimately enable the complete displacement of conventional fossil fuel power with renewable generation" is interesting.

Extract:

"Up until now it has not been possible to directly compare variable RE generation with firm diesel or fossil fuel generation. PV + Storage is now reaching 'grid parity' in many countries, a paradigm shift in energy production, which will ultimately enable the complete displacement of conventional fossil fuel power with renewable generation. The RedT system has applications in remote power, smart grids, power quality, and all aspects of renewable energy management."

Camco Clean Energy plc

("Camco" or "the Company")

Proposed change of name to RedT Energy plc

Name change reflects Company's core focus on commercialising its RedT energy storage product.

Camco Clean Energy (AIM: CCE), today announces its intention to change its name to RedT Energy plc. The name change reflects the Company's core focus to commercialise RedT's energy storage product.

After an extensive period of research, development and prototyping, RedT has recently delivered its first manufactured production unit. This launches RedT into the commercialisation phase of its business and accordingly is an appropriate time for a change in the holding company name to reflect this focus.

The Company will continue to operate and develop its African clean energy business activities under the name Camco Clean Energy, independently as a subsidiary of RedT Energy.

The proposed change in name is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 24 November 2015 at Suite 4.12, Clerkenwell Workshops, 31 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AT. Following the approval by shareholders of the change in name, the Company also intends to change its EPIC/TIDM from "CCE" to "RED".

Scott McGregor, CEO said: "RedT Energy, now in its commercialisation phase, brings to the market a highly sought after long duration and heavy duty stationary energy storage product. The name change of the Company to RedT Energy communicates clearly our product to energy storage customers and investors."

Sunbird Bioenergy signs agreement for bioethanol plant in Zimbabwe

China New Energy Limited is pleased to announce that Sunbird Bioenergy Limited ("Sunbird"), its project partner in Africa, has signed an agreement with the Republic of Zimbabwe to develop a 120 million litre cassava to bioethanol plant in the Machonaland Central Province of the country "the Agreement").

It has been erroneously reported in the media that CNE has also entered into the Agreement. Whilst CNE is not currently a party to the Agreement, it is expected that CNE will enter into an MOU with Sunbird shortly. It is intended that CNE will design the plant and supply the key fermentation, distillation and dehydration technology as well as providing commissioning and ongoing support and maintenance services. The bioethanol plant will be designed using the Company's proprietary cassava to ethanol technology that has been successfully commissioned, and is now fully operations, in Thailand.

It is the intention of Sunbird and CNE to complete the project design by February 2016 with an independent company completing an environmental impact assessment. Financial closure for the project is anticipated in Q1 2016, with the project being commissioned in late 2017.

Richard Bennett, a director of the Company, is also a director of Sunbird. Accordingly, once terms have been agreed, signing of a binding agreement will be treated as a related party transaction pursuant to Aim Rule 13.
