Appointment of Joint Broker

Cambria Africa Plc (AIM: CMB), the AIM listed investment company, with controlling interests in companies well-positioned to benefit from the growth and modernisation of Zimbabwe's economy, is pleased to announce the appointment of SVS Securities plc to act as its joint broker with immediate effect.

Cambria Africa is focused on investments in operating companies in Zimbabwe. Its wholly owned operations in Zimbabwe are:

-- Payserv Africa, a FINTECH company with $7.57 million in revenues in FY 2018. Payserv's Paynet Zimbabwe subsidiary is responsible for switching 40% of all financial transactions in Zimbabwe. It also has a significant presence in payroll management and consumer loan processing.

   --     Millchem Zimbabwe, a value chemicals distributor with $1.87 million in revenues in FY 2018. 

Cambria's unaudited preliminary consolidated earnings in FY 2018 were 0.52 US cents per share on revenues of US $9.44 million.
