Annual Results Update

Further to the trading update and preliminary unaudited results published on 8 November 2018, the Company announces that its audited annual results are expected to be published by the end of January 2019.

Cambria achieved record earnings per share of 0.52 US cents (0.40 p) in FY 2018 according to its preliminary unaudited consolidated results. Before once-off legal and reorganisation costs, the Company achieved earnings per share of 0.68 US cents (0.53 p).

In Cambria's view, the strategies that the Company has implemented will enable its operations and assets to weather the impact of the current disruptions in Zimbabwe.

Cambria Africa Plc (AIM: CMB), is an AIM quoted investment company holding controlling interests in companies well-positioned to benefit from the growth and modernisation of Zimbabwe's economy. Its wholly owned operations in Zimbabwe are:

-- Payserv Africa, a FINTECH company with $7.57 million in revenues in FY 2018. Payserv's Paynet Zimbabwe subsidiary holds a leading position in the electronic payments market, facilitating close to 40% of payments in the country.

-- Millchem Zimbabwe, a value chemicals distributor with $1.87 million in revenues for FY 2018 during which it achieved its first profit in more than four years following successful implementation of Cambria's turnaround programme.
