Result of placing of ordinary shares in Cambian Group plc

Cambian Holdings LLC announces that it has sold 8,010,692 ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") in Cambian Group plc ("Cambian"), representing 4.35% of Cambian's entire issued share capital, at a price of 185 pence per share (the "Placing") realising gross sale proceeds for Cambian LLC of GBP14.8 million.

Cambian Holdings LLC is an affiliate of funds advised by GI Partners UK Limited on behalf of GI International LP.

Post completion of the Placing, Cambian Holdings LLC will no longer hold shares in Cambian Group plc. Funds advised by GI Partners UK Limited on behalf of GI International LP will hold 40,819,536 shares representing 22.2% of Cambian's entire issued share capital.

Liberum Capital Limited ("Liberum") acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the Placing.

The Company is not a party to the Placing and will not receive any proceeds from the Placing.
