TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Dublin/London, 16 April 2018: Cairn Homes plc (ISE:CRN, LSE:CRN) ("Cairn ", or the "Company"), the Irish homebuilding company, confirms that the total number of Ordinary Shares of EUR0.001 each in issue as at 10 April 2018, the date of the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 16 May 2018, was 761,672,549. Each Ordinary Share carries one vote. Therefore, the total number of voting rights on the date of the Notice of AGM was 761,672,549.

The Company also had 46,292,771 Founder Shares and 19,980,000 Deferred Shares in issue at the date of the Notice of AGM. There are no voting rights attached to Founder Shares or Deferred Shares.
