furgus ferret: CMRS recovers all its costs as a priority up-front ahead of Jubilee JLP pays for all sampling, test work, design, construction and operation of any future processing plant CMRS receives income immediately from the time that cashflow is generated (15% of cash flow until payback is achieved) at which point the split on profits is 60:40 in favour of the operator (JLP). The split reflecting the cost of processing. It is not in Jubilee's interest to delay project design and development. They are sending a team of engineers to Cyprus in the next few days which hardly reflects a company dragging its heels.

corrientes: I suppose that until that jumped up idiot, President Erdogan of Turkey, learns to first think through and only then open his mouth, CMRS might remain in the doldrums for quite a while, Jubillee deal or not.

corrientes: hochimin - I'm talking about the poor in SA, who are far more numerous as a percentage of the population, than in the UK. Since they got their independence, the country has gone nowhere, and that's because the culture never changes, and maybe because the people haven't woken up yet, if they can ever do so. Anyway more importantly for us, good news for CMRS shareholders this morning.

garth: Director Purchase. Decent size. It is Director purchases like this here and at CAR and ORPH recently that help to steady the nerves and focus on the longer term. G. Caerus Mineral Resources announces the following dealings by a Director. On 20 July 2021 Professor Michael Johnson, non-Executive Chairman of Caerus Mineral Resources, purchased 240,000 shares at an aggregate price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Professor Johnson's total interest in the Company is now 1,990,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.3 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

corrientes: No wonder Jubilee Metals is so keen to diversify into places like Cyprus. South Africa has always been a basket case, but it is now getting much worse. Can only be good for CMRS, though very sad for the poor in South Africa who see their so-called 'leaders' stealing from the public purse to fill their own coffers. The only thread of continuity in SA seems to be incompetence, corruption, cronyism and greed.

corrientes: Definitely agree regarding your last paragraph. I'll just ride the waves and won't be put off by any short term lack of momentum, so lowering the share price, simply because the JV doesn't happen immediately.

corrientes: No matter how good the grades, until this JV is substantiated not a lot will happen on the share price front IMO. It's not like the 'good old days', but maybe you've less chance of losing a bundle. You can see this with other small would be miners, so you just have to be patient if you retain the belief and you're not simply a short term trader.

mikro1: I bought in here today. Have been a JLP holder for a while. This is completely transformative for CMRS - IF JLP follow through with their option it will make CMRS seriously cash generative and able to fund their mine without diluting shareholders. As usual the market has massively under reacted to an RNS containing unexpected transformational good news - 50% is just the beginning
