This is good news because the Supreme Court found no reason to deny Cadogan an appeal.So Pirkivska licence renewal should be validated when the Supreme Court judges have looked at the case papers.

Monastyretska development

Yusenko Nadra has plans to drill four development wells outside the Blazhiv oil field into other structures on the Monastyretska licence.

I can only read English so relying on the translation as here ..



I now want to check on progress with the Environmental Impact Assessment here ..



The conclusion of the EIA was published April 24th 2020 as document 5.

Can anyone help me here with the conclusion?

Gas trading

Has the gas trading business resumed trading again this year? Last H1 2020 results showed no activity at all from trading.

Was the only trading last year the sale of existing gas inventories?

This trading business could be run on very few staff. Latest figures show 80 staff across the Cadogan business. Unknown how many staff are employed in gas trading.

Staff costs and numbers are too high across the whole of Cadogan for a business with revenues just from oil sales and services.

Any ideas or comments?

The court challenge for Pirkviska license is not over, Astrogaz LLC/Cadogan have another chance.

Set a deadline for filing a response to the cassation appeal within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this decision and explain that the response is accompanied by evidence of sending (providing) copies and documents attached to it to other participants in the case.

The term established by court can be prolonged at the request of the person if impossibility of performance of the corresponding procedural action in the certain term is caused by the restrictions imposed in connection with quarantine.

The decision comes into force from the moment of its signing by judges, is final and is not subject to appeal.

The lowest ASK on show is 4.7p - only for 1 x 15k lot.
After that it's just 3 x 15k lots @ 5p.

Obviously negotiable although the trend appears to be definitely firm.

i suspect games played by Cadogan that i mean they could demand instead of shares in Proger Management SRL they could demand the shares in Proger.
So no 3rd party shares
If Proger Management SRL can not repay then in other words F''''''D and no option to transfer there holding in Proger.

I can't see owning a minority stake in proger is much good to Cadogan. If somehow they could get on with Proger (big ask) perhaps they could engineer a majority (issue some shares?) Then you have a business, Proger get a listing....This all assumes that Proger is actually worth something, which I don't know anything about. Otherwise taking a minority stake in a hostile company makes no sense, as they'll pay no divs and take the profits out in expenses and salaries.

Cadogan will still be held by the share holders , its where a company increases its holding in another company and is covered by reverse takeover rules.
As the stake is worth more the Cadogan current share price which is undervalued anyway.
