Grant of options under Sharesave Scheme
On 22 June 2022, the Company granted options over a total of 722,863 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("the Options") under the Bytes Technology Group Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme"). The Options have been granted to participating employees under the rules of the Scheme, an HM Revenue & Customs approved scheme introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of GBP3.72 per ordinary share from 1 August 2025 in accordance with the rules of the Scheme. The total grant of options under the Scheme in 2022 and 2021 (the latter exercisable at a price of GBP4.00 per ordinary share from 1 August 2024) represents 0.55% of the Company's existing share capital.
