Byotrol Takeover Rumours (BYOT)

Tristel have a MCap of £200M and £10M in the bank. Their paper is worth 10/15 times T/O. They have just paid Byotrol £250K? to buy the IP on one part of one deal. If they can't see value in a cash/share takeover at 1p then they are not doing their job. Same goes for the pet outfit I mentioned a few weeks ago.

The only way to oust DT is a takeover bid before the vote. If this goes to the vote then either the company is taken private or it will go into administration. If it goes into administration then shareholders lose the lot. Therefore, after the vote, I doubt there will be an opportunity to oust DT. 1gw and his mates could buy out the company, they have the means. However, that would mean they would not be able to sway PIs with their stories on other shares and sp manipulation with their hundreds of trades. In the time I followed this company, there were basic misjudgements by DT. The misleading stories and ramping came from 1gw and his mates.

While the products maybe outstanding, the margins anyone can achieve from selling the products, is absolutely dismal. So bar a takeover there is nothing to be gained.
