Riddlerone ""Gives £1M guidance for May," You state that in "" as if it's what he actually said... Where does he state that? From interview: "May I'm pretty sure will be at the same level. So we are majorly ahead of where we were this time last year. The question is whether it will endure, which I think it will, and how long it will endure at these levels." You are deliberately misrepresenting what he actually said And DT does question as to whether the same level will endure and for how long. So pretty much similar to the last rns.

For anyone who hasn't listened to that second interview, it really is worthwhile if you have any ambition to build your own model! Fantastic to see the company responding to requests for greater visibility and guidance, which I am sure was always the intent, but great to see it start to happen. We got indications of: o when we can expect to get actual guidance on financials o how DT sees the weight of licence-based income in overall income o how he sees (blended) gross margin going forward o how he sees costs going forward And on a personal note, it was a relief to hear the backstory (R&D/tech history, positioning for regulatory change, logic for Medimark acquisition) was broadly as I've been describing on here. A public thanks to David (and Nic) for getting this content out and starting down the greater visibility and transparency path.

1gw, You claim to have spoken to the Board about US partnerships but won't answer the simple question. Why's that? Advanced Hygienics (AH) has been a partner for THREE yrs. Have they had meaningful royalties over the last 3 yrs? Royalties from an established deal would give a rough idea as to what can be expected. Was it £millions then as you're implying? Mudbath, given you claim to have inside information, perhaps you could answer?

When you compare Tristel and Byotrol and understand the collaboration and where they are both at, it is clear to see that Byotrol despite rises this way has a considerably long way to go. Regulators are cracking down on a number of disinfectants which will help Byotrol and life will change in light of COVID. Businesses, shops, people will all be using more disinfectants, sanitizers. It will be key to helping ensure we get out of lockdown sensibly and prevent a second wave (alongside testing tracking tracing obviously)

It has a timely and moral feel good element but surely can`t be allowed to remain independent. The potential growth across multiple markets will be too good to resist. as bigger outfits will see the contribution it can make to their portfolios. .

The interview was excellent, and has clearly encouraged more buyers. I’m very comfortable with my £11m revenue forecast / £2m clean PBT and even above 6p we are under 15 x FY 2021 earnings. Again the inverse correlation with tristel which has gradually weakened over the past week, surely coincidence but its a very consistent pattern and i will top up over there at £4.50. This is a very exciting time for Byot and Tristel
