Excellent news, the US licensing agreement is very welcome. Certainty of income, significant cost saves y-o-y and a long term capital light strategy for the US. Well done all for keeping the faith.

"The agreement with Integrated Resources and the new agreement with SC Johnson Professional Ltd are two such examples and we expect to complete more as the year continues."

So roughly £1M/month sales plus license and royalties fees from the two agreements plus recent Tristel agreement plus Actizone royalties..Would hope to see a good morning note from Finncap!!

I think they are creating potentially significant medium term earnings power also at a high multiple due to royalty nature,

The 50ml hand sanitiser has been on Boots website for around 6 weeks. The poster below said it was back on the shelves. I checked it online a couple of days later and it was indeed back online...Hence why I never commented about it You even acknowledged it with the comment 'nice' For it to be on the shelves by 1st Apr, Byot would have supplied it before then, wouldn't they - therefore, already accounted for in fy2019. It's NOT new availability. They have never sold it as BOGOF... It was Buy One Get One Half Price. 2 pieces of incorrect information from 1gw, portraying Boots as new availability stampylong trader - 01 Apr 2020 - 19:08:12 - 5463 of 5861 Can confirm the Byotrol viral hand wash is filtering back into Boots stores. I saw them put away this stock, so I snaffled two of them! Two images taken https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-52hCnxgcynY/XoTWjbrQ8UI/AAAAAAAAL_o/QfBQ8TTzX8sSCayy_LEvka0W7s70eLD4QCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/2.jpg https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-iDqxyFKhYtg/XoTYB9omr1I/AAAAAAAAL_4/aCBGP0n88IwKEu-46OR0zM4DBvTyrU-1ACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/1.jpg But still out of stock online https://www.boots.com/sitesearch?searchTerm=viral 1gw1 Apr '20 - 20:46 - 5464 of 5860 Nice. I'm still waiting for my byotrol products to arrive from homeandcleaning.co.uk (ordered Friday morning).

Availability. 50ml (but not 200ml) hand sanitiser appears to be available now at Boots online store, and no longer on the BOGOF promotion [edit: promotion was Buy One Get One Half Price according to sikhthetech post below]: hTtps://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam-50ml-10278907 But Medimark own store still showing byotrol products as out-of-stock: hTtps://medimark.myshopify.com/ Meanwhile, sales of the (apparently) new 5 litre All Clear bottle (by Assured Products Limited) on Amazon are presumably going to have to encounter the headwind of this 1 star review by Sandy. I would hope byotrol/Assured Products can get in touch with Sandy and that Sandy will withdraw the allegations once convinced that the product is genuine (which I presume it is since it is sold through the distributor Assured Products). "FAKE!! Byotrol does not make this product! FAKE WITH FAKE LABELS! Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 April 2020 Verified Purchase Fake coronavirus killing cleaner. .BYOTROL COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE THIS!! I HAVE CONTACTED BYOTROL THEMSELVES AND SENT THEM PHOTOS OF THE CONTAINER... THIS IS NOT PRODUCED BY BYOTROL!!"

Their TU was only couple weeks ago... In it they stated they had supply chain constraints... They haven't provided an updated since, so I doubt supply chain restraints have been resolved in just 2 weeks... "There are also many additional orders still being assessed for deliverability against the supply chain constraints being experienced across our whole industry sector." https://byotrolplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/2020-04-24-TU-FINAL-pdf.pdf Could be another pump/dump tomorrow, watch for spikes... In a thread like this, that moves so fast, when commenting on a previous post, in order to avoid error, it would be very helpful to start a note with the post number thus #58??

Filta have added another £14M to their MCap today, on the back of their '2 vans and spray covid clean' Thanks to 1GW, there is an outfit called Elite Cleaning who are already doing the same thing but with our product, Byotrol 4 in 1. So a £30M gain to Filta, for a nifty bit of Ronson, not even a RNS, as they won't be making any money. Am I the only one to see the missed opportunity here?

I also notice byotrol is available from Amazon UK again. The 5 litre bottle of All Clear is there as is a listing for 10x80ml bottles of Invirtu hand sanitiser, both sold by Assured Products Limited, which is the same company that owns the homeandcleaning site.

I notice "byotrol All Clear 4 in 1" is now available in a 5 litre size, which I have just ordered, from the homeandcleaning site. This 5l size is listed on the front page "best sellers of the month" box, together with the Invirtu (5x50ml) hand sanitiser, and All Clear 750ml and 2x750ml. Does this mean supply chain constraints are now easing? hTtps://www.homeandcleaning.co.uk/

Loaf "Yet they manage to increase their MCap by a stonking £15M by rolling out a few vans and a team of people with sprays." Filta v Byot.. Don't know Filta.. but brief look, they're diversifying into an area which is likely to be in demand...deep cleaning... A month ago, Filta stated for fy2019: Adj EBITDA £3.2m Revenue £25m Upto Dec 19, so exc Covid19 Mcap £32m pe 22 Byot: Adj EBITDA £250k Revenue £6m Upto 31st Mar, so inc 6-7 weeks of Covid19 sales.. Mcap £21m pe 108 Filta's pe is 22 significantly lower than Byot's 108... Byot missed their expectations, despite inc sales from Covid19. Filta's revenue is £32m significantly higher 5 x higher than Byot, £6m... Filta's adj ebitda is £3.2m significantly higher than Byot's £250k... Yet Filta mcap, £32m, isn't significantly higher than Byot's, £21m. Is Filta mcap too low or is Byot's mcap too high???
