Vast majority of people would buy healthcare products from trusted retailers and trusted sellers online.
It is a known fact that fakes do appear online and scammers look for any opportunity.

Boots are a major retailer/chemists. People are trying to buy from Chemists.

Byot don't supply any supermarkets either, do they?

Massive loss of potential sales, via supermarkets, during this golden window of opportunity.
They also lost their Tesco contract recently, just before Covid-19 outbreak.

The new byotrol, all clear 4 in 1 is selling faster than corinvirus spreads on a cruise liner!

Every product line sold out and unavailable on Amazon apart from 11 left of the new one.

Over 4000 available when I posted the new product a few days back.
